    1 peseta red, Retouched Plate, a fine horizontal pair (positions 6-7) with ample to large margins all round, used on 1862 entire letter carried at double rate to Lima tied by PASCO-T datestamp (Dec 1) in black. Some minor tears to reverse flap but with clear 'Lima-M' arrival cds (same day) on reverse. A scarce usage.
