    1 d. vermilion, four single examples used on 1866 quadruple rate entire letter from Tacna to Cochabamba, Bolivia all tied by TACNA datestamps (Nov 9) in black. Some minor scuffs to the entire but a fine example of this usage: on January 2, 1865 a Postal Treaty with Bolivia was signed and incoming mail was no longer taxed on arrival.
