Some paper imperfections on reverse due to detached wax seals, nevertheless an interesting and delightful cover, the franking paying four times the postage of 20 centesimi, a 25 c. registration fee and 16 times the insurance fee of 10 c. for a value of 300 lire or parts thereof, in total 265 centesimi.
