    1862 (May 14): Lettersheet from Genova to London, bearing 1862 20 c. indigo in a horizontal strip of three, a fresh multiple with deep vivid colour, cancelled with GENOVA cds in black with information strike alongside. Underpaid for the double rate, therefore taxed with framed "FRANCOBOLLO INSUFFICIENTE" and circular "MORE TO PAY" handstamps, both in red alongside. Reverse with LONDON arrival (May 17) cds in red. Appealing entire. Sassone = € 3'000.
