    Ingoing to Tripoli di Siria 1863 (Aug 21): Lettersheet from Livorno to Syria, bearing 1862 80 c. yellow-orange, a fine adhesive, tied by light thimble LIVORNO cds in black with information strike and "P.P." handstamp in black alongside. Cover slightly shortened and filing folds partially backed from the inside, nevertheless presumably a unique franking to pay the 80 centesimi single rate with a French vessel via Palermo and Messina to Syria, valid from 1861 to 1866.
