    1887: 8 c. oval overprint "Union Gral Universal" on 2 4/8 c. ultramarine, a horizontal strip of four on 1889 registered cover to St. Louis/USA endorsed "via Hong Kong y San Francisco", all tied by Manila datestamps in dark blue. Red framed "Manila" registration cachet at left and reverse with San Francisco three line transit (May 10) in red. A few minor file folds but a rare franking.

A few imperfections especially so on the latter cover, but a scarce group.
