    Taylor 5 c. blue, horizontal pair on 1882 cover to Echuca, Victoria / Australia from New York, underpaid 2 cents and marked with three line "N.Y.P.O./ONE RATE/SHORT PAID" in black. Unusual cover to a scarce destination; also a fully paid 1876 cover to New South Wales franked by pair of 1875 5 c. blue and single 2 c. vermilion. Minor imperfections but a rare pair.
