Ustsysolsk 1889: Postal stationery cover 2 kop. red, large format 125 : 158 mm, used as a money letter with a value of one rouble, handwritten 'deneshnoe na odin rub', indicium cancelled with cross-type handstamp "zemskaya potshta 22 Aug. 93' in violet with Ustsysolsk Imperial P.O. cds of the same day alongside and send to Warsaw with arrival cds on reverse (4 Sep). Although in bad shape (five wax seals cut out from reverse, two vert. folds) there are only five or six stationery envelopes known from Ustsysolsk, in addition it is the only known money letter from this district who emulated the Imperial money letter regime with five wax seals on reverse.
