81 parale deep blue on blue wove paper, a marvellous used example with enormous margins for this stamp, irregularly cut but with a fine heavy impression, cancelled by FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA datestamp (16/19) struck in blue (Kiriac fig. 275). Two small closed tears at right in margin only and thin spot not affecting the appearance of this classic rarity with just 709 stamps printed.
