    Galatz. Tartar Post form used from GALATZ, Romania (Coles & Walker fig. 97) with superb negative seal in blue, used to SHUMNU, Bulgaria (Coles & Walker fig. 65) well struck in blue-black. Galatz is the rarest of all the cancellations found on these Tartar Post forms.
