    40 pa. blue on pale bluish paper, a fine four margined example, crossed by file fold, used on 1861 entire letter to Jassy tied by oval framed FRANCO / WASLUI handstamp in black (Kiriac fig. 321) with 'Waslui / Moldova' datestamp (Dec 19) above in black (fig. 284). The entire crossed in manuscript to denote pre-payment with reverse showing Jassy arrival datestamp (Dec 21) struck in red. Scarce cancellation on letter. Signed Calves, E. Diena. Cert.
