A wonderful cover with manuscript docketing of receipt inside "Diciembre 19, 1859". One of only two recorded covers bearing three values of the first issue, illustrated in Bortfeldt "Colombia Philatelic Handbook and Catalogue, 1859-1868" on page 11. Plethora of rates in manuscript: "10" (pence) in ink (6d. to GB + 4d. to Denmark) = 8½ sgr. + German share of 3½ sgr = 12 sgr. marked in blue ink. Rounded up to 16 schillinge = 52 skilling + 9 skilling Danish share = 61 skilling diue to pay (red crayon). A marvellous and extremely rare entire.
