UFFICIO DI COMMISURAZIONE in VERONA" handstamp in black to issue no. 7 of February 12, 1860 of the magazine 'Kladderadatsch' printed in Berlin. A very rare usage on complete attractive newspaper, the stamp in perfect condition, a most desirable example. Cert. Giulio Bolaffi (1958) Sassone = € 36'000 / Ferchenbauer = € 7'000.rnNote: The use of this newspaper stamp in Lombardy is extremely rare as it could be used only for about six months until Austria had to cede it to Sardinia. Following Gaube - Die Zeitungsstempelmarken Österreichs und Lombardei-Venetiens (1962) on page 181/182 there exist only about 10-12 usages in Venetia on complete newspapers of which the present item is the most attractive one.rnReference: Depicted in Gaube - Die Zeitungsstempelmarken Österreichs und Lombardei-Venetiens (1962) on page 183.
