    1853 (June 9): Entire letter written in Valli Mocenighe and despatched in Este, sent with an extensive honorific address to Baden nearby Vienna, bearing Carta a mano 45 c. blue type I, a fresh and fine adhesive with good to large margins all round, tied by crisp "ESTE 9 / 6" cds, reverse with "BAHNHOF LAIBACH" transit and arrival datestamp (June 12). rnNote: The letter is directed to Count Alvise Francesco Mocenigo (1799-1884), a politician and entrepreneur who originated from an old Venetian family.
