    1855 (July 26): Cover from Orzinovi to Morgex in the Aosta valley in Sardinia, bearing Carta a mano 15 c. 'rosso carminio chiaro' type III, a fine and fresh horizontal pair with good to large margins all round, tied by perfect "ORZINOVI 26 / 7 cds with horizontal lines, oval "BOLLO INSUFFICIENTE" and "A.1.", both in red alongside, reverse with Torino and Aosta transit as well as Morgex arrival (July 30) cds's. Appealing usage from the first Austrian to the second Sardinian rayon, underpayed by 15 c. and therefore taxed..
