    1831 (Oct. 9): Entire letter from Odessa to Trieste bearing fine small RUSSIE in black, sent via Ottoman Empire crossing the Austrian Empire border at Krakow disinfected by means of perforation, arriving 'Trieste 30 NOVEMBRE' receiving a second disinfection and closed again with wax seal K.K. COSTUMAZ ANSTALT TRIESTE. Only small part of Wax seal existing, rare disinfected letter from Russia. Ex coll. Ravasini.
