    1873 (13 March): 3 k. black and green (8), intense colors, tied by Travelling Post Office cds. "POCHTOVYI VAGON. N°21-22 13 MAR. 1873", with a repeated strike alongside, to a commercial folded entire to Marseille, boxed "FRANKIROVANO" (paid) and transit mark, arrival on reverse, one 3 k. minor corner wear mentioned for accuracy, very fine. A very scarce and attractive 3 k. multiple franking, making up an unusual 24 kopek tariff to France.rn
