Slight diagonal crease but a fine appearing example of this variety, recorded only from the very first printings from Plate A, lightly cancelled in black and thus leaving the retouched area clear. Pen. / 4' in black (Ukrainian National Republic / 4 hrynvi) from position 1, a used example tied to small piece by 'Stanislav' datestamp (18.V.19) in black. Note the damaged 'Y' variety (like a 'V') confirming the plate position. One or two minor imperfections but a fine example of an extremely rare stamp - just 60 stamps were issued Mi = € 3'300.
