    1982 (Nov. 2): Printed envelope addressed to Anatolij Berezovoy on board of Soyuz T-7 together with entire letter written by his son Sergheij on which his father reply inbetween the written lines, envelope with pentagonal Star City handstamp in blue with Certificate of authenticity issued by Anatolij Nikolaievich Berezovoy, the 51. Pilot Cosmonaut, stating this letter is one of in total 23 letters which had been carried on board to Orbital Station Saljut 7, signed by Berezovoy and dated Star City April 10th 1999, rare Earth - Space - Earth correspondence, as family correspondence not listed in Hopferwieser, signed Bolaffi (2004). Berezovoy was selected 1970 as cosmonaut and in 1982 he flew as Commander on Soyuz T-5 on the first mission to the Salyut 7 space station, returning to Earth on the Soyuz T-7 after 211 days 9 hours. He retired on 31 October 1992 due to age. From 1992 to 1999, he was a Deputy President of Russian Space Federation.

Nice group of stamps of the last printing of the Prince Michael definitives which came into use after his assassination in June 1868 and was in use from November 1868 until it was replaced by the Prince Milan issue in 1869.

Framed "RECOMM:" handstamp in black on obverse, reverse with thimble "WIEN RECOMAND:" arrival cds (Jan 30, 1874). A fresh and interesting cover full of character.rnNote: Correctly franked item in the first postal treaty between Serbia and Austria which came finally into effect on September 19 / October 1, 1869. The postage was 35 para equal to 2 kr. for Serbia and 5 kr. for Austria while the registration fee of 40 pa. was slightly lower in Serbia than in Austria where the sender had to pay 10 kr. equal to 50 para.

    1915 (Aug 26): Envelope from Skopje, Macedonia to England, endorsed "On Active Service Serbia", despatched by a soldier attached to the "LADY PAGET'S HOSPITAL SERBIAN RELIEF FUND UNIT" with matching violet cachet. Envelope has been burnt on all sides from an accident aboard of an unknown vessel. Upon arrival  in Marseille (Sept 24) it was censored and officially sealed with a censorship strip, tied by corresponding cachets and endorsement "Incendie à Bord".     1604/55: Lot two Kingsletters signed by "Yo El Rey", first of Philipp III (1578-1621) on letter (1605) from Valladoid to Naples, second (1655) of Philipp IV (1605-1685), both with papered wax seals as well as letter of Albert VII Archduke of Austria (1559-1621) signed by his own hand by his wife Infanta Isabella Clara Eugenia (1566-1633), the Sovereign of the Spanish Netherlands in the Low Countries and the north of modern France with her husband, Archduke Albert VII of Austria. Their reign is considered the Golden Age of the Spanish Netherlands. Isabella was one of the most powerful women in 16th and 17th century Europe. Fine and scarce.

    1681 (Nov. 4): Carlos II King of Spain and Naples and Sicily (1661-1700), also known as El Hechizado or the Bewitched, was the last Habsburg ruler of the Spanish Empire- Autographed King's letter, written in Madrid, signed by his own hand 'yo el Rey'. Fine 4 p.p. folio letter with waver wax seal on p. 5, two entire lettersheets with stitch binding and imprinted heading: SELLO TERCERO, TRENTA Y Q.V. AT ROMA VEDIS ANO DE MIL Y SEISCIENTOS Y OCHENTA UNO, addressed to the Vice-King of Naples Fernando Fajardo y Alvarez de Toledo, Marques DE LOS VELEZ (1635-1693), concerning Ranuccio II Farnese, Duke of Parma (1630-1694).     Batum / Adjara, Turkish occupation 1918 (Oct): Turkish Fieldpost cancellations "BATUM No. 2" and "BATUM No. 3" (Coles & Walker fig. B2 and unlisted resp.) on 1916/17 definitives 20 pa. carmine and 1 pi. violet, respectively in blocks of four. The 20 pa. block is on a stationery cutout, the 1 pi block on an official document with the handstamp of the head of the administration of Batum fortified zone on reverse. A fine and interesting duo, normally these Fieldpost cancellations of Batum are only found on newspaper cutouts and CTO, in this condition rare.
