    Vilayet of Andrinople / Eastern Thrace 1885: Empire 20 pa. red on buff postal stationery card (Birken 15), used from Demirtache / Andrinople to Brussels struck with superb "TIMURTAŞ POSTA SUBESI" negative seal handstamp in blue (Coles & Walker unlisted). Constantinople transit (Dec 26) and Bruxelles arrival (Dec 30) at left. Small incision in card sealed on reverse but rare and attractive.
