DE CORREOS / EN / CAMPECHE at top and oval JEFETURA DE HACIENDA DEL ESTADO DE CAMPECHE below, both struck in blue on toned white paper, further overprinted '5' (centavos) in black; used with framed CARMEN / FRANCO datestamp (Feb 14) in black and also cancelled in manuscript.
