A great rarity of the Ottoman Post Offices Abroad, this been one of the two recorded covers.Certificate Nakri (2009).
Note: Hirşova was Kaza in the Sandjak of Tulça: The Danube Province (Turkish: Tuna Vilayeti) was a vilayet of the Ottoman Empire from 1864-1878.The vilayet was created as part of the Ottoman administrative reforms of 1864 from the Northern parts of Silistre Province along the Danube River and province of Niş, Vidin and Silistre .It included most of what is now Bulgaria (including Southern Dobruja), except the south-eastern part of it as well as the Romanian region of Northern Dobrudja.The vilayet was subdivided into the sanjaks of Rusçuk, Sofya, Tirnova, Niş, Tulça, Varna and Vidin.
