    Isaccea - İsakçi 1877: Telegram of 53 words and numbered 413, dated '14 Mart 1293 = 26 March 1877' sent to the Governor of Iseccea showing extremely fine all Arabic negative 'TELEGRAFHANE-I İSAKÇİ 1285  = TELEGRAPH OFFICE ISACCEA 1869' black handstamp at upper right. The only recorded, illustrated in İsfila book fig. AP06. A fabulous and rare item in optimum quality. Signed Nakri.
