    Constanta - Köstence 1862: Ottoman telegram numbered 780, dated '25 Cemaziniyelevvel 1279 = 17 November 1862', sent from Shumen to the Governor of Constanta with complete fine strike of bilingual negative 'BUREAU TELEGque IMPle * KUSTENDJE* / TELEGRAFHANE  KÖSTENCE 276 = 1859' in greenish black seal (İsfila book fig.AP06), one of three recorded items from this office.
