    Babadagi - Babadag 1877: Telegram of 31 words and numbered 736, dated '21 Şubat 1292 = 5 March 1877' sent to the Governor of Babadagi during the 'Russo-Turkish War' (1877-1878) showing fine strike of all Arabic negative 'TELEGRAFHANE-İ BABADAGI 287  = TELEGRAPH OFFICE BABADAG 1870' blue handstamp. The envelope with extensive creasing but rare, unrecorded by any catalogue. A stunning item of great scarcity and in a remarkable state of preservation for such a piece. Signed Nakri.
