Aunis" from Marseille via Messina (March 11) to Malta where trans-shipped to the "S.S.     1866/1964: Interesting accumulation including a very nice and well equipped collection representing the principal value, from the first issue on. Including Sphinx and Pyramid issues with margin stamps, multiples and a tête-bêche. Included a fine set '1934 UPU Congress' and variety of semipostals stamp with variety 'Wrong Arab Caracter' se-tenant to normal stamp unmounted (Scott B2a). etc. There is a folder for sheets, containing pre-war sheets and part sheets unmounted with a quite high catalogue. Further covers/FDCs, two stock books with duplication including some Sudan and Palestine - should be inspected!

SUEZ cds adjacent (Feb 1). Interesting group written by a seaman back to his wife and discussing Shipping movements: with two covers written on the Suez Canal.
