(5) in yellow-green, violet, orange-bistre, vermilion and in pale blue (these with guidelines in margins), "View of the Port" values in issued colours of the 10 r., 30 r. and 50 r. The card marked "J" at top left and dated "Oct 3rd. 12" in manuscript. Sent to the Under Secretary of State at the Foreign Office and approved on Nov 1, 1912.
