Sent unpaid with large "T" marking in black and initially struck with framed "1FR. 92c. PER KILO", this marking over-scored and further framed "1FR. PER KILO" marking applied in black, with "30" décime charge marking in red at right and Montpellier arrival (March 3) on reverse. An astonishing and believed unique cover, unrecorded by James Van Der Linden, first seen by this describer in the late Trevor Davis's collection.
