    British P.O.'s 1844 (March 30): Entire letter from Ocaña to London rated '1½' in manuscript for internal transit to British P.O. in Cartaghena, struck with oval framed "OCAÑA / FRANCA" handstamp in black. Reverse with fine double arc "KINGSTON / JAMAICA" cds in black (April 22) and cover landed at Falmouth where superb "CARTHAGENA / O" fleuron applied in red. London arrival (May 23) in red on reverse and rated '2/3d.' due to pay in manuscript. A delightful and rare entire that dsiplays well.
