    1886 (Feb): New Dies. 1 c. scarlet on yellowish, perf. 13½, a used horizontal pair (positions 33-43) in combination with 3 c. olive-bistre, plate III, second printing and 5 c. green, Plate III, on 1886 single rate cover to Paris endorsed "p. Royal Mail" tied by "Port au Prince / Haiti" circular datestamps (April 13). Paris arrival cds on reverse (May 2).
