    1881 (July 1): 2 c. slate-purple on pale lilac, plate I, imperforate, three single used examples with two single 7 c. pale blue, on 1882 double rate cover endorsed "per Steam Packet" to Nantes, France all tied by "Cap Haitien / Haiti" cds's (Nov 20) in black. Carried by French Packet and struck with circular "LIGNE F / PAQ. FR." datestamp (Nov 20) in black (Salles fig. 1590).
