    1881 (July 1): 1 c. vermilion on yellowish, plate I, imperforate, a horizontal strip of three shaved to large margin at right, used in combination with single 7 c. pale blue on 1882 single rate cover front from Aux Cayes endorsed "per Packet" to London, the adhesives cancelled by "Jacmel / Haiti" cds's (Dec 26) in transit. Mail to Great Britain is somewhat seldom encountered. Scarce and most attractive.
