    1863/81: Laureated 4 d. rose, a used example on 1866 cover front to Sandhurst tied by octagonal framed "DOWN / TRAIN 4 / POST OFFICE / VICTORIA / M.G.4" datestamp (Jan 16) - the earliest usage recorded. Underpaid and charged with oval "MORE TO PAY" handstamp in black with '8 d.' in manuscript due: repeated above in manuscript.
