    1863/81: Laureated 4 d. rose, a used example on 1865 cover to Melbourne tied by oval framed "UP / TRAVELLING / POST OFFICE / VICTORIA / M.G.1" datestamp (Aug 14). Underpaid and charged with oval "MORE TO PAY" handstamp in black with original notation '1 s.' reduced to '6 d.' in manuscript due. Reverse with manuscript "Posted 11.40 AM." and Melbourne arrival (Aug 14) in blue.
