    1886/96: 6 d. ultramarine, a used example on 1887 cover with original contents to Nîmes, France tied by octagonal "POSS. ANG. / PAQ. FR. T. No. 6" French Paquebot datestamp (April 20) in red with repeated information strike at left, carried on the "Salazie" to Marseilles via Mauritious, Seychelles, Aden and Suez. Reverse with Nîmes arrival (May 25). Listed in the Ben Palmer census on page 95. Small envelope repair above the adhhesive, back flap missing but very scarce.rnrnProvenance: Collection Trevor Davis.
