    Chalons. 1857/69: 2 d. yellow-green and 4 d. pale blue, imperforate, wmk. 2' and '4' respectively, margins good to touched, used on small 1858 envelope to Wood Burn, Table Cape, each cancelled by three pen stokes and, at left, manuscript Postmaster's endorsement "Deloraine 21/9/59" of despatch (sic). Reverse with freamed "PRE-PAID" boxed datestamp (Sept 22, 1858) in red.
