Second Rouletted Issue 1860/69: 2 d. pale vermilion, wmk. Large Star, rouletted, a used example on 1868 cover to Port Adelaide cancelled by "KAPUNDA / S.A." cds (Aug 21) in black with Postmaster's notation of despatch "W.L 21/22 Aug 68" in manuscript alongside straight line "TOO LATE" in black. Reverse with "P.O.1 / RAILWAY" datestamp (Aug 22) and Port Adelaide arrival of the same day.
