    Chalons 1864/65: REGISTERED 6 d. yellow, 6 d. yellow-green and 1866 lithographed 4 d. lilac all used on 1867 registered cover to Leicester endorsed "via Marseilles" at single rate, tied by "214" numeral obliterators with "TOOWOOMBA / QUEENSLAND" despatch cds at left (June 19) and two line "REGISTERED / TOOWOOMBA" all in black. Brisbane transit (June 20) above and 'Registered / London' datestamp (Aug 13) in red. Reverse with Toowoomba, Brisbane and Leicester datestamps. Illustrated and listed in the Ben Palmer Queensland census on page 184.
