    1860/72: Small Diadem 2 d. pale blue, perf. 12, a slightly aged example used on 1862 small envelope to Mrs. B. Windeyer, Tomago, Raymond Terrace tied by "Sydney / NSW" duplex (Jan 4) in black. Struck on arrival with octagonal framed "RAYMOND TERRACE / MISSENT" in black - as the Tomago Post Office had only just opened on 1 January 1862 - the reverse with "Raymond Terrace / NSW" cds (Jan 5) and hand-drawn "Tomago / 6th Jany / 1862" alongside. Most unusual and appealing cover.rnrnNote: The addressee Lady Maria Windeyer was a leader of charitable organisations and a pioneer of Women's Rights and President of the Women's Suffrage League of New South Wales.
