    Russian Company for Steam Navigation & Trade 1865: 2 pi. red & blue, a used example with huge margins all round and sheet marginal at base, of fine colour, tied to small piece addressed to Beirut by dotted "781" numeral handstamp of MERSINA in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 191) with sender's cachet alongside.
