    Austrian Levant Rates 1859c: Registered prepaid cover from Plovdiv to Roveredo, struck with "FILIPOPOLI 8/6" cds in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 868) with FRANCO and "RECOM:" in black alongside. Reverse with Quarantine handstamp, Triest transit and Roveredo arrival cds (16/6, month slug inverted). "15 / 15" soldi were paid by the sender and noted on reverse, the registration fee of '10' soldi was noted on front. A fine cash prepaid cover showing the 30 soldi rate before 1866 from Bulgaria with 15 s. for Austria and 15 s. for the Levant, the 10 s. for registration. Scarce. Illustrated in 'Die Österreichische Post in der Levante' on page 272.
