    Incoming Mail 1867: Austria 10 kr. blue used on 1868 entire letter from Vienna to Waslui, Moldova tied by Vienna cds; flap opens to display fine array of transits including 'Czernowitz' in blue (22/8) and Austrian P.O. in JASSY datestamp (24/8) struck in blue (Tchilinghirian fig. 757). Transferred to the Romanian Post Office for the journey South to Waslui with IASSI cds on obverse (25/8) in blue (Kiriac fig. 400) and charged '28' bani due in red crayon. Scarce and fine entire that exhibits well.
