    Austrian Post Offices 1864: Arms 5 s. red and 10 s. blue, perf. 9½, fine examples tied to 1866 entire letter to Prague by JASSY circular datestamp (25/9) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 757). Reverse with Prag arrival cds (Sept 28). Addressee's name neatly blocked out otherwise, a rare and most attractive entire. Signed G. Colla, U.
