    Austrian Post Offices 1855c.: Austria 1850/54 6 kr. brown, fresh colour and large margins all round, cancelled lightly by "IBRAILA .. OTT" two line handstamp in green (Tchilinghirian fig. 728). The usage in green ink is known for a short period in 1855 during the Crimean War. A scarce item.
