    Austrian Post Offices 1855: Prepaid entire letter to Constantinople struck with scarce oval FRANCO and circular BUKAREST datestamp (3/5) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 711 & 713) and rated on reverse '9+12=21' (kreuzers, by land sea). Some buckling to entire but scarce.
