    1866 (July 20): Printed Telegram form for message from Bucharest to Turnu-Severin, headed 'Telegramma' with 'Teleg. No. 4' at base, a fine complete example struck twice on arrival (an hour and a half later) with two circular undated TURNU-SEVERIN handstamps in black. Some minor file folds but a rare and impressive document.
