    1860 (Dec 3): Printed Telegram form in Cyrillic for message from Jassy to Focshani struck on reverse on arrival (three and a half hours later) with oval framed (un-filled) Due marking "FRANCO / FOKSHANI / Lei Par" in red (Kiriac fig. 1481). The form with a skillful repair at upper left and folded to display the rare Fokhani handstamp at base. Rare and early example.
