    Incoming mail 1835: Cover from Novoselitsy on the border between the Russian and Austrian Empires, mailed to Jassy, struck on reverse with fair strike of two line dated "NOVOSELITSA 1835./ OTPR ... 4" handstamp of despatch in black (Dobin 21-2-09-1.05) and rated on obverse '2/20' (2 piastres, 20 paras) in manuscript. Addressee is George de Ghyka, the Grand Postelnik of Romania, an interesting cover.
