    1871 (Jan): The splendid balance of the Edouard Cohen collection, with 5 bani rose-red (shades) unused (120) with blocks of four (6), a strip of four and a block of eight, 5 b. rose-red used (91) incl. a block of four, plentiful pairs, single examples on 'Recipisa' forms (9); 10 bani yellow unused (60) with blocks of six (2), blocks of four (3), 10 b. yellow used (39) including a block of four, strips of three (2); 25 b. brown unused (10), and used (46) incl. two usages on covers. A generally fine collection with much cancellation interest. Mi = € 18'000+.
