    1869 (March/April): 50 b. indigo & red, three examples with fine to large margins all round, one being sheet marginal, all used on double rate cover to Paris and tied by BUCURESTI / SERA datestamps (14/2) in black (Kiriac fig. 443) with framed PD below. Strasbourg entry marking in blue (Feb 20) on front and reverse with Vienna transit cds (Feb 18). A splendid and extremely attractive cover of great charm and extremely rare. Signed A. Diena. Cert.
